To consolidate the cohesion of the freshman class, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, create a warm and enthusiastic campus atmosphere, and at the same time, through the process of the freshman class exerting the power of unity to complete the task, learn leadership and being led, communication and coordination, and team spirit.

The event will be launched on 9/5 (Thursday)! Through brainstorming among classmates, each class will show their unique creativity and charm, and at the same time, through this process, the emotional connection between the classes will be enhanced. The top three classes in the competition can receive generous prizes!

 

• Event time: September 5, 2014 (Thursday) 14:00-16:00

• Event location: Soochow University Waishuangxi Campus Gymnasium, Wangxing Square

• Target audience: Freshmen of the 113th academic year

 

Creative performance :

• Judges: teachers and principals of the school.

• Evaluation criteria: Creativity 40%, Overall sense 30%, Atmosphere creation 15%, Modeling 15%.

• Activity method: Any form (e.g. singing, dancing, slogan shouting). 30 seconds for entry and exit, 1 minute and 30 seconds for performance, and no more than 2 minutes for total duration. The activity should focus on showing the positive and lively characteristics of the class. Please use your own art tools and consumables to design the shape, and the content must include a painted class sign.

Team Competition:

• Activity method: Each team must have 16 members, regardless of gender, and 2 of them are substitutes. The three classes stand in the relay area according to the baton order. After each person runs 50 meters (round trip), he or she can pass the baton to the next person. The competition ends when all the tasks of the team are completed. The last student returns to the starting point and stops the stopwatch.
